We then take your site plan from the initial consultation and draft the first model for the 3D renderings, this gives us the opportunity to create the 2D plans

Once you are happy with the concept layout we will draft full construction plans for your project. These plans will include everything your landscape contractor will need to build the hardscape. These will be to scale detailed plans.

The 2D plans will include the following;

 

  • Proposed excavation 

  • Services plan 

  • Elevations 

  • Hardscape plan 

  • Hardscape details

  • Planting plan 

  • Lighting plan 

  • Irrigation plan 

  • Material quantities 

Concept Design

Now the real magic happens. This is where we take the wire framed 3D design and the 2D plans and create beautiful photo realistic images of your proposed landscape. This element of our process is what sets Landink apart from the competition. 

You will now be able to visualize your new outdoor living space and layout, letting you focus on how the space flows and functions. 

 

Having these renderings will allow for fluid communication between you and your contractor It leaves nothing to the imagination and your project will be built as intended.

 

These 3D images will also give you something to look forward too while the construction process is underway.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

We begin with a call to learn about your needs and vision for your space. We will then suggest a consultation either in-person at your property or through virtual video conferencing.

 

We want to learn about how you plan to use your backyard and what challenges you’re facing currently. This provides us with the opportunity for us to get to know each other and to get a feel for the project.

During the on-site visit, we will continue the conversation about project feasibility, cost, design styles, trends, and materials. We will  also document images,  take measurements, and record topographical elevation data. As soon as we understand the scope of the project we will provide a budget study, design schedule, and provide a design estimate.

 

 We have an extensive background in the landscape/construction design industry and are happy to share our expertise throughout the entire process. Especially during the design consultation phase where we can address any inquiries you may have regarding the creation of your dream outdoor living space.
